I enjoyed meeting the friendly and welcoming staff of the residence. There was an ambience of warmth and an atmosphere of acceptance. The meals were delicious and fresh. They were tasty and never disappointed. Conversations with the staff were easy and forthcoming with no judgement.

How truly lovely and caring Krystal was; I felt very heard and respected, and I always looked forward to the times I would see her. The arts and crafts group was phenomenal, and instrumental in my recovery and stability. Enormous thanks.

The personal touch, the friendship within a professional relationship. Getting to know each other means she knows me. She can't solve the problems of the world, however she does offer me moral support and this means a lot. We are from different backgrounds and different places. We share empathy.
